What’s the reason Loona still flop despite having the most predebut hype for any group?

their songs just never really clicked with the public and chuu was the only one to get attention from the group. their company also sucks so it definitely had a negative effect

bad song discography for me
they waste resources on their sub unit
their soloist and sub unit MV is aesthetical better than whole unit MV

-too many members
-their top visual lack of screentime and no standout personality
-concept is more girl crush not applicable for a large group
I prefer them to be sexy group if they want to standout in a tough GG competition

Their concepts and sounds never really matched up with the Korean GP I guess. They were always more popular overseas than in their home country. Things also got sloppy after X X because of weird shit behind the scenes.

The Company.

Korea GP ignored them, their hype was mostly with international fans, that does not make a group successful, you first have to do well in Korea.

You can ignore Korea after you get big, like Twice and BlackPink.
