Honestly no but LSFM is what Itzy could've been if JYP had a clearer music direction & better producers for them. FEARLESS and ANTIFRAGILE are both songs about empowerment & confidence yet no one has been complaining because 1) the music is good and 2) they don't approach it in a very direct way like what Itzy did earlier in their career ("I love myself, I'm different, etc").

that’s actually a really good point, like lesserafim’s concept obviously exudes self confidence and empowerment just like itzy, but they’re only saying they’re fearless, they’re antifragile - the “i love myself” message comes implicitly from their songs but they don’t actually say it out loud, they just prove it in other ways, whereas itzy directly just say straight that they love themselves and left nothing else to the imagination lol

tbh it's a price of debuting the first one
Itzy have been losing momentum everytime a new 4th gen GG debut
when they debut a lot of people start to stan them because they were the first 4th gen GG and everybody was excited for the future gen
now that more GG are debuting with more diverse concept, these people are finding groups who match more their taste and also because Itzy debuted earlier than them they feel much older as a group than the current 4th gen

Actually, i really agree with this
i don't think i would have a problem if they approach the empower & confidence concept more directly like Itzy
but in the difference of Itzy music where i wouldn't feel this empowerement & confidence without reading the lyrics
I don't know why but there's something in Lesserafim music production which make you feel empower & confident just by listening to the song without even having to read the lyrics
I think what difference them in the way they interpreted this concept
is everything in Lesserafim feels confident and empower, in the music production, their choregraphy, the lyrics, the way they move on stage, the way they have been introduce to the public
they felt powerful since the start, it seems more "genuine"

Tbh antifragile is a good gym workout song too. I play them when lifting weights
