Priding myself on my scorching hot takes and repetitive long winded diatribes, i posted dozens of rants in various threads about my antipathy towards these songs, particularly the New Jeans titles. But everyone kept talking about how good they were on here and i found myself continuing to check them out.
To the point now where the above two videos are my most watched Kpop related music videos the past two days.
Now i dont mind coming around on Impurities, watching Ssamkura grow into dance machines and the up and coming princesses of Kpop brings me no small amount of joy. That Impurities Inkigayo performance is the best music show performance i've seen in recent memory, the girls and the camerawork were literally perfect.
But for me to have to backtrack on my epic rants about New Jeans...it hurts....it hurts bad... I can't even, in good faith, call them New beans anymore. How can i, when i find myself listening to their two hits almost as much as my other faves?
This is all AKP's fault.
