When TXT were rookies their fans acted like they were underdogs because other groups like Stray Kids/X1/Ateez had survival shows or members who were on stuff like Produce/Mixnine. When Enhypen debuted they were underdogs because I-LAND didn't get good ratings. Le Sserafim were underdogs because they didn't have company stans like aespa and nmixx. When NewJeans debuted it was a new label so they didn't buzz until their music came out. All of this is stuff I've seen with my own eyes on both stan twitter and this site.
When you add in the fact that a lot of fans of these other newer Hybe groups are also Army who cling desperately to "BTS was a underdog!" then they can't acknowledge Hybe privilege because they still act like the entire industry is working against BTS.

Txt wasn’t underdog. Even the members never denied their privilege so I don’t know what you trying to do here. They got a big push for pushed to BTS but with their sickness and comeback delay all those non fans got bored and left them.
Enhypen was never underdogs, their numbers speak for themselves. So is the arrogance of their fans.
Le Sserafim wasn’t an underdog either but they had the Garam thing going on and all the focus from their debut shifted towards the bully member.
New Jeans had the most ridiculous debut I ever seen with all that pre debut Hybe I don’t know where you got that nobody cares until their music came out.
The fact is you mixing things up. They don’t think the Hybe groups are underdogs. They call out to other fandoms who desperately trying to push the “you only win things because of the BTS privilege” narrative as if other 4th Gen groups don’t have famous seniors. Sure their impact is not as big as BTS but don’t tell me when YG announced a new gg no company stan checked them out. Same for the other companies. But privilege only exist when it’s a HYBE group… ridiculous.

What? You think YG's new girl group is gonna enjoy YG privilege? Bro, first of all there is no such thing as a YG stan anymore, they're all gone. Ikon, Winner, BB, 2NE1, even AKMU are finished.
The only fans that could be "YG stans" are Blinks and a few Teumes and neither of them will give af about a new GG. Blinks have shit on every group in YG and their anger and fury will only double and triple against a GG that will be BP's replacement. The YG NGG will be the first group in Kpop history to experience Big 4 oppression.

agree never heard any engenes or any fandom stanning Hybe grps calling their ults underdogs . Like why? I’d say they are superior cuz they were able to pass all those auditions and trainings etc to be able to debut under hybe. That itself is an achievement. All Hybe grps sell well than any grps at least internationally not just albums but also concert tickets for bgs and ggs dominate kcharts.
