It would be nice if they were able to forma new subsidiary or smth.

Moot point. They've all already renewed, it will be announced early next year.

But it'll no longer be BLACKPINK if they go somewhere else. Everyone who fell in love with BLACKPINK and the reasons...music, MVs, style...are uniquely YG.

So the individuals can sign with other companies, but you won't be getting what BLACKPINK is.

Aside from the fact that YG owns all the copyrights and names.

Also, the members have a mountain of resources and an army of staff that they're not going to get anywhere else.

Blackpink doesn't suit sm. Cube and starship cant handle them, too big for them. Maybe jyp or hybe. Tho I would say hybe is most likely. They have bts and handle them , also they had lots of drop type of songs in the past so maybe blackpink can fit and their rap is best out of left companies

Jennie and Lisa are renewing no doubt and it's evident with the push weve been seeing with yg family and pink venom comeback.. Jisoo and Rose are a doubt but if they stay they are ruining their careers. YG is probably making promises in negotiation they will never keep. I just hope yang hyun suk goes to prison this year. Even then, it doesn't change anything because people at the top are still his comrades.

Management wise, anyone other than YG works. The company does not need to go look for endorsements for the girls, the brands come without calling so all they have to do is accept and let the bp girls work. And for music again, producers will come for BP no need to seek them. It would go down to the company believing in them and saying yes to producers instead of no.

They also need a label that does have connections globally, so YG and HYBE are the only two with big connections in the kpop sphere..

I would like to see fierce and independent women to really shake YG‘s misogynist ass. G-idle girls can write, compose and produce songs and able to insert their vision and art direction for the comeback. Soyeon and Teddy would make some fresh new bangers for sure!! That comeback would shake the music industry.

BP would probably have good music too, more to the style of CLC. Not sure if they can pull it off the usual “BP-level” without YG’s massive budgets and creative dept though. But Cube probably will let BP involved more in song making and production so that would be great too.

Maybe Hybe? Their style doesn’t suit SM and they seem too big for the mid tier companies. Maybe JYP with Sriracha and Soyeon songs for them? That might make it more interesting.

Lot of people here don't have a clue what they're talking about. But it's AKP so it's expected.
