Why people think blinks don't like Pink venom?

I love Pink Venom. they finally have a hip hop song that doesn't sound like hip pop.

Because people project themselves onto others if thats how they act with the music their faves come out with, they do them but i have never forced myself to like a song, BP or not and Pink Venom is actually one of my favorite BP title tracks.

From my perspective, the people who are hugely liking the song are people outside of the kpop fandom. And it seems like other kpop stans are trying to convince themselves blinks are purely liking it because of biasness and basically forcing ourselves. But, the thing is that BP's fandom hugely consists of people who were fans of western pop before and arent even on kpop, which is why so many have been willing to wait for a long time and are fine with the lack of "fanservice".

u r not serious. Pink venom is even more outdated than rfl lol. they pulled out a geomungo for that even and went back to old hiphop that is not even trendy and ended up finishing it with ratata. I couldn't find a more outdated song than it.

They released ready for love and then pink venom. That's 2 in a row. How many chances do u want them to get?

I love Pink Venom, liked the song since the first listen and it got better with time for me. (the only BP song I dislike at least for now is "hope not" ). Like others said it's curious that BP music in general is liked more outside the kpop community ....

Because it doesn't fit their narrative about BP music, they don't want to admit that BP does good music and wants to cope with everything

What does "outdated" even mean? How can music be outdated? If you loved a song that came out 10 years ago, why would you stop loving it because the music trends changed? It has to be one of the dumbest things i've heard on any music discussion forum. I can understand getting tired of a song after listening to it 10000x times, but what i can't understand is why anyone would stop liking a song because that song's style is no longer trendy.

You won't catch me letting music trends affect my faves, no sir. The songs from the 80s and early 90s, even 70s, i loved as a kid are just as good now as they were back then. Hell, they're 10000x better than 98 percent of current music omg.

I think some people need to be told that some music eras are back in vogue. That way, they're not outdated, they're "retro". Like you said, good music is good music. I'll gladly take more music that sounds like the early 2ks or 10 years ago.

I truly don't understand the theory that blinks stream BP's music because they want to be BP. ready for love is but pink venom is not. They style and production of the song is trendy

They are projecting their dislikes towards Pink Venom on Blinks. I mean if you don't like the song that's on you, so why do you expect others to also equally dislike it? There's a reason why music taste is subjective.

My non kpop friends have somehow heard Pink Venom without even being aware of the CB or anything, most seem to really like it. It didn't sound outdated hearing it on the gym's playlist either next to more EDM/trap stuff

I agree that BP's quality hasn't decreased. Pink Venom is at the same level of quality of most of their songs.
