If there is no tangible evidence, go to JYPE. And if you want to commit crimes AFTER you debut, then you should look into YG.

Honestly, SM always having their idols back is actually commendable . Imagine how many idols who would have been kicked out last year if sm abandons their idols easily (Irene, Lucas, boa, chanyeol). Once you show netizens you easily abandon your own, they would always demand for you to kick the idol out with every little scandal. If garam debuted under SM,they would have gone to settle with the victim privately and then made a public apology and put garam on a six month hiatus before bringing her back. She was like 12 when it all happened, all her scandal would have taken if handled properly is an apology to the victim, public apology and six month off so people feel like you got some kind of punishment, it was not something to end her career over. I wish more agencies learn to stand by their idols and not drop them easily

Garam case is even more messed up. Hybe abandon her just like that. If Hybe handle it better she would be rained by praise from netizen. In SK every school violence incident have a report by school violence committee, only assailant & victim have it. The accuser release her copy of the report as proof for Garam bullying case. She cropped most of it & didn't hide Garam name. recently Garam release her copy of the report as a whole & it show the whole incident. Accuser posted photos of Garam's friend in underwear then Garam curse at her then they fight.
At the time i think Hybe handle it the best they can but knowing they had this evidence that can clear it all at once but they choose the most capitalistic way. Cut ties with Garam. She had a scandal, true or false didn't matter, they just didn't want to deal with it.
