I don't know why everyone is acting as if there can only be one "good guy" and one "bad guy" and that there can only be one victim. Real life doesn't work that way, especially in situations that involve teenagers. From the evidence I know(which isn't a bunch cause I left when the situation got too heated) Garam was probably both a victim and an abuser. She was bullied for her disability so she took her pain out on other people. She's still in the wrong, but so are her bullies.
Honestly, after watching everglow's video I wouldn't be surprised there is more to the case than one might see, especially considering her school didn't consider her behavior as bullying. Either way, it's better for the group.

I still honestly think Garam wasn't an actual full fledged bully. But she hanged around problematic people that got into fights with other problematic people. And lots of this is basically retaliation. A lot of things makes sense when you look at it like that.
Eunseo was prob one of them too. And a rich one since her family was able to afford that large law firm. I really don't think she's innocent either. And she shouldn't get a free pass just because she has mental issues and might be suicidal.

The thing I don't understand is garam already got her punishment. So when the accusations were first released it wasn't for justice because justice had already been served. It was out of jealousy or revenge. I really don't think it's fair that garam was punished twice for something she did when she was 12 because her being kicked out of the group wasn't so she could be educated or reflect on her actions - she had already done that. She was kicked out so hybe could save their ass and money even though they were responsible the case getting so big in the first place by dragging it out. Also apparently it was a one time incident and not bullying or even necessarily physical according to the school's documents themselves. Now with these new pics, garam definitely doesn't seem as bad as the accusations made her out to be and to this day no one has responded or denied the molka accusations. This whole case seemed fishy from the beginning but I didn't think it would end up being this bad.

The way people vilified her when nothing was revealed about what she did. People took that level 5 punishment and ran with it when counseling was very common at her school and wasn't even the worst you could get there.

i think garam was friend with problematic People and they were turn as fake friends toward her when she become close with other friend(other group)...there re story of middle school.
Maybe she was friend with eunseo before the punchination restring order with level violence 5.

The court of public opinion doesn't care. When you're declared guilty you're done. I wouldn't kick her out, but the public opinion left no choice.

I mean to be honest most of her fans and hybe were saying she was the victim since the beginning. But everyone just kept chanting garam=bad even though it was obvious the case wasn't all black and white. This always happens with bullying cases, happened with jimin and soojin. Honestly though, garam's stans are honestly insanely dedicated, even when I was starting to lose trust in garam's side they continued. I thought they were weird at first but they actually got some substantial evidence after all that time, so it's impressive that they tried for so long ngl.

HYBE invested ALOT into that girl. They wouldn't spend all their time and money on her only to shrug their shoulders and be like "eh whatever". Lot's of idols were accused of being bullies whether they were from small/mid etc companies and were proven innocent. You're telling me one of the biggest companies in Korea couldn't disprove their idol wasn't a bully but a random youtuber can? come on. Us LE SSERAFIM stans just want to move on already. We're lucky the whole bullying circus didn't overshadow our girls debut. Lot's of anti's tried using that girl to cancel out the girls successes. Most of us don't even mention her by name because of how tired we are of her being used against us/the girls. So I'll say this as nicely as I can if you're actually a stan too.... just stop. You're not helping. The situation has been settled. We don't want bullying and LE SSERAFIM to be lumped together anymore. We'd like to start a new chapter without drama, accusations, and multiple attempts of sabotage. Thank you.

With Garam out of the company, no one is ever going to know what actually happened unless she or the victim speak on it. It's just two sides going "but nuh uh! she's the victim!"

Good for the lesserafim fans that have the freedom to move on I guess. But this girl has literally been slandered online and by the public, she can't move on. If there's info and evidence that will allow her to move on peacefully with her life then so be it. She's 16 and already got a massive hate train so sorry if people are exhausted with people trying to find the truth to this case. At the end of the day, it's not about kpop anymore, it's about a sixteen year old's life and reputation.
