GDragons collab with Nike on Air Force 1's, where GDragon was actually allowed to design the sneakers, were HUGELY popular collabs.
I'm not just talkin like shirts with logos or a pair of Stan Smiths with Blackpink written on the heel, but letting the idols actually DESIGN something and release that.

Not being a fan of jewelry or clothing items, I'd like to see more practical/useful merchandise, something like household goods or kitchenware.
On the higher end, idol-produced art pieces could bring in significant revenue. I'm talking about something like an original painting, not a reproduction, which could potentially sell for tens of millions of won.

Teletubbies springs to mind with Key's custom art piece but that one might be a tad too personal

The glitter ball is really cute. Also, it's been twelve years! It doesn't feel like that long.
