Yes I do. I rarely eat junk food and prefer my home cooked meals to takeaways. I only drink water and like fruit and veg even though they are quite expensive at the moment. I like to balance my meals.

Depends. Sometimes I go on kicks where I eat whatever the hell I want. But when I gain a certain amount of weight, I start regulating my eating more.
Right now, I am eating a relatively healthy and balanced diet. It usually try to eat at least a serving of vegetables a day. Usually during lunch or dinner, sometimes I eat a serving for both. Then, I have a protein for dinner. If I eat a serving of carbs for lunch, then none for dinner, and vice versa. I drink mostly water.
The unhealthiest thing I am consuming right now is chocolate oat milk and a small pack of chobani Greek yogurt with fruit preserves (to curb my sweet tooth).

Most of the time, I think.
I make my own food, I consume veggies daily and drink at least 2l of water a day (and no sugary drinks). Fruits only in the morning and only soups and salads at dinner. Junk food once every blue moon. I can't even remember the last time I had a pizza or sandwich outside.
But I have random binging phases that seemingly come out of nowhere, thankfully they never last long, at least not long enough to affect my weight.

I changed my nutrition completely, and currently, I'm on a Keto diet. I know that it has pros and cons. But I also know people who have been on it for years and feel great. Also, I know people who tried it and couldn't stay on this diet. It's individual. I'm personally trying keto for the first time. It was hard at first as I was clueless about many things, especially when it came to the choice of food. Fortunately, I found an article https://betterme.world/articles/are-carrots-keto/ that provided me with some helpful info. But it is always better to learn from the experience of others. Did anyone try Keto? Did you like it? What is the result?
