Interesting, I had no idea they'd be 85th.
BP is 18th though for most followerd (BTS at 11th). But neither made Top 50 for monthly listeners

So both are fandom heavy, but I guess BTS has better gp vs fandom mix?
The monthly listeners thing is heavily affected by playlisting and the push of major labels thats why number of streams is a better indicator for the popularity of an artist.
Bts are n.9 most streamed artists of all time in comparison to bp being n.85 so their fans here saying bp are not that far behind bts or even going as far as claiming they on the same par is just them pulling things out their ass

already replied about this in another post this is 2022 blackpink started to have more stadiums concerts in 2023 we have to see for 2023 and I personally think they aren't that much lower than bts with all due respect blackpink still has the highest grossing concert by a kpop group.

Majority of kpop idols have no talent and just make fast food music. I'm sure most of them can't tell the difference between a guitar and a bass guitar.

We didn't even get a mv with lady gaga and mind you lady gaga wanted it she even made some merchs with sour candy but it was YG didn't show much interest. what about bts's collabs they have way more than blackpink and those were actually promoted. how is that being spoonfed? blackpink's international popularity didn't come overnight
all these are just execuses ..bp collaborated with the biggest names in the industry and still flopped.
BTS on the other hand collaborated with less known artists and actually gave them some records.
