Higher tier school violence cases, it can definitely nuke your chances of getting into a good school.

A big issue is I feel a lot of fans are so hyper focused on generations that they treat it in a different way to how generations were defined.

Gens 2 and 3 were only defined as themselves after they exploded.

People took the big groups and backdated to when they debuted, rather than defining the generation at their debut.

If you ask Koreans in general. They'd say Gen 2 began in 2007, which doesn't exactly make sense when you consider that TVXQ debuted in 2003, but in a general sense, 2002-2006 is viewed as the dead era. This was because kpop was legitimately unpopular at that time. People talk about Kpop declining popularity, but that period was a time of genuine stagnation in the view of the korean public.

Then suddenly Lies, Nobody, Mirotic, Love's Greeting all were doing numbers and suddenly Idols existed again in the public consciousness.

So you gotta ask yourself

Did Gen 2 begin when TVXQ debuted in 2003 a year after the last major gen 1 group G.O.D. disbanded? Or did Gen 2 begin in 2007 when the general public who had been on a heavy band and soloist focus go "Oh yeah, idols exist" after a string of super influential idol hits?

Did gen 3 begin when Exo debuted in 2012? Or did Gen 3 begin in 2016 when Twice and BTS kicked SNSD and BigBang out the way with Cheer Up and BST?

Also feel like people forget that Eunseo's reps stated that they filed a criminal lawsuit with Seoul Guro Police Department on Eunseo's behalf against the false rumor spreaders slandering Garam.

no that's wrong as far as we know. That bullet point in no way matches up with what Eunseo's reps stated. They said that someone else spread the info she had been bullied and she became aware of it after the fact when she began being harassed. Nowhere in Daeryun or Hybe's statement does it declare that Eunseo started the accusations.

It does though. Corporations and firms rarely release statements or announcements on the weekends. Other than a desire to know the next big update right now, there's no reason to expect the firm to say anything on Saturday or Sunday.

You're totally free to be impatient on the work week, but don't assume folks are stalling when there's a chance nobody is in the office.

There is nothing stating the victim is disabled.

I believe this mishap happened due to some people mistaking Article 16 for implicitly including Article 16 clause 2 which is bullying of a disabled individual. But not all Article 16 invoke clause 2.

There is however a korean post floating around about Garam insulting a student's mother and the student for being disabled, but that is incredibly recent and currently unverified in any way like not even an image proving the person went to the same school.

Do they got a source on the origins of this article(specifically the images of the employees, not like the qoo)? Cause depending on the site, that could be actual Hybe employees or not, but otherwise, it's hard to really gauge the validity of it.

From what I can tell it's supposed to be a lawyer who was part of the school's disciplinary committee. Not a random lawyer, but also not someone representing either party right now.
