From what I've seen no actual statement clearly states the situation of Molka is in the documents. There's statements of Garam bringing it up as the cause of the issue and that Eunseo didn't get punished for it, but nothing really stating it's actually in the disposition of the committee. It might be, but nothing very clearly says it is.

The big issue of the statement is that their initial statement was about having conducted thorough investigation. But Hybe/SoMu has been spinning their wheels in regards to putting out anything definitive. Like even just a clear statement would do the job.
