Ador Ceo could have started the process of independence AFTER seeing that her intellectual property (that technically is owned by hybe) isn’t being respected. So yes, i think Ador has been frustrated with HYBE, maybe because of HYBE management or maybe because they saw internal documents and evidence of HYBE copying NJ. Which after that, Ador CEO started thinking of ways to gain independence.

all ips are being registered by hybe. they have a separate division for that called hybe solutions who handles it. i dont think ador is different unless mhj has different agreement cuz hybe still owns majority of the stocks . even when belift lab was majority owned by cj all ips of enhypen are registered under hybe not cj.

u do realize that its not ador that gave hybe the biggest earnings . 😂 there are several components of getting earnings , hybe is divided into 3 divisions - labels, solutions ( take care of online /offline con, ip based products like merchs and webtoons etc) and platform ( weverse). in short, nj is never their golden egg . they can still exist successfully even if nj never happened . ur putting so much value to her. she is talented but she is nothing special bec she did not start from scratch , she needed a poweful backer ( hybe) to make nj happens. however , what a good business man will not allow is to damage its reputation. its not all abt how big or small ador is but they wont let her make a precedent of other sub-labels doing the same thing in the future.

Because she follows her own very specific strategy, which relies on very various factors.

What's the point on continuing anything if in the end you're put in the dungeon whenever hybe/or bang wishes so. Or even after major sucess like get, you barely get any promotion or publicity from hybe in the western market. Because if they even bothered, mhj/nj could have been grammy nominated actually.

Hybe is hindering her, sabotaging her work and just not hybing whatsoever. They didnt even pushed them in the mtv awards. So she probably thinks whats the point in staying in hybe as such at all.
