I can sleep on any side

I can only sleep on my left or right sides

Whats the theory to better sleep on the left side?

I can sleep on both sides and I don't really my heart. So I guess I'm heartless LOL

It doesn't matter to me. Usually, I'll go to bed sleeping on the right side but I know this switches a lot while I'm sleeping.

I always sleep on my side though as far as I know. Unless it's when my nose is stuffy or I'm congested where it's better to sleep with multiple pillows and sleeping upright.

yeah I googled it and it seems like it but I guess sleeping on the right is not bad neither? Except sleeping on the back this one doesnt seem much favorable

if sleeping on the right makes you more comfortable perhaps is a good choice too

I mostly sleep on my left side but I never noticed the heartbeat thing.

Yeah I have to so I can fall asleep. (I kinda fall asleep in recovery position, its the most comfortable for me)

As when I sleep on my right my stomach feels weird and uncomfortable.
