The similarity of the two groups is both have no skip albums for me!

And one difference that I can think of is height. Soyeon would look so tiny besides Kazuha or Yunjin..

Literally. There's one Soyeon who does what she does... and no-one else. Utterly unique in the landscape.

I am a fan of both groups and enjoy them both for different reasons. G-IDLE is on the rise - so happy for them. Le Sserafim just only had one release - it's far too soon how they will do but I'm looking forward to all the new music in October.
