Does NHIC's response change things for Jimin's medical premiums?

Because whoever manages his finances might be different from the other members?
It's possible. Whoever is responsible for these things sucks at their job and I hope they got fired.
-
That's the lamest forced controversy I have ever seen. Not only did they dox him to get it but it's just a few months of late payment that already got settled/paid before it got to the news. I question the sincerity of anyone who makes it their business to complain about this and ignore the actual crime.
-
Are we gonna collectively pretend he was not publicly doxxed?

Honestly this is Hybe's (or whatever company manages his finances) fault and not his. Most celebrities don't pay their own bills and instead rely on an accountant or company to do it for them. They should be on top of these things because it's literally part of their job.
People rake celebs over the coals here too when it comes out their people weren't paying their taxes and yes... because they are ultimately the one who will be penalized, they should stay on top of it, but at the same time... people are busy and expect people to do the things they say they will do.
but that depends on country, and systems etc.
there are many variables here
also what I've seen from Korean comments some people were saying that Jimin hired someone to manage his finances or something
I guess with this kind of case we will learn soon more details

So no ones going to talk about the ex YG CEO being on trial for threatening to kill an ex-trainee? Okay cool. Not even going to touch on all these ex higher ups being suspiciously close to whatever was going on with Burning Sun? Y'all really think seungri was the worst or only one?
We're not going to mention the clear illegality of stealing someones personal mail and doxxing their identity and personal residence, justifying it as 'oh hes a high earner so we NEED to know"?.
We're not even going to touch on the industry's desire to debut younger and younger idols who are overly sexualised, chopped and shaved up and entering an incredibly stressful industry where age hierarchy runs rampant coupled with insane working hours, diets, lack of sleep, lack of access to a real education and the chance to develop yourself as a person without a spotlight shining in your face and rabid stans demanding your skirt be shorter and your nose skinnier? Okay cool.
We not gonna broach the subject of how the parasocialism in kpop seems to have gotten even worse and people are losing their entire shits daily over nothing? Cool cool.
We're INSTEAD going to focus on someone who paid a bill when he found out it was overdue and when he had access to an easy amount of a chunk of cash after getting paid for the LV concerts. Much easier than trying to liquidise whatever assets they have their wealth tied into? Shock horror. Ive never seen anything so awful and deliquent. I mean. This is the worst thing to ever happen to kpop.

why must ppl learn details about something that is private and was revealed bcos the person's information got doxxed?
-
-
-
ehh...
something clearly went wrong didn't it?
even if it was because someone stole his mail
then it means Jimin, or the building needs more security
etc.
What went wrong is that he got doxxed - exactly what extra detail is needed? That Jimin should hire a new manager since old one failed to pay bills? Yes, breaking news. Korea must be on pins and needles.

It's one thing if he's skipping taxes but why is this such a controversy over missed health insurance premiums? That's more his problem than anyone else's and I don't see how it affects anybody else. What a weird take. When I bought my own insurance, I was honestly late all the time with payments because I had other stuff to do and just kept forgetting for months at a time.

I think it's mandatory insurance by the state that's why. I'm not sure on the details tbh but even then it seems more similar to not paying your credit card bill on time to me(from whatever I've read).
Although i don't think it's a big deal for anyone else but the akgaes trying to blow this up rn

Huh. Even if it's like a credit card payment, if you miss too many payments then they just close your account, not take your property. I'm so confused by how this system works. It seems rather extreme. Wouldn't it make more sense to just add the amount to the tax bill?
-
Thats what i actually meant. People were liking it to tax evasion but how's it anywhere close
-
I don't think it's really akgaes (on the K side) , seems more like K-incels/men who are getting worked about the military or this kinda post would not be trending. (it's not now but was earlier)
That's what I thought too

Um, it's the fault of the company that manages his finances. Because most media personalities do not delve into their finances, they have an accountant who does this. If Hybe's had the right medical insurance, this scandal would not have happened. In general, I believe that proper insurance is the key to success. Recently, I also decided to take out health insurance for myself. It took me a long time to decide on a rate. I consulted with my brother, who showed me the site plan n vs plan g. It helped me a lot to choose, and I bought insurance.
