Who is going to be the gg rookie of the year?

At this point, I'm thinking IVE.

We'll have to see how the other gg do when they debut tho hmm.

Ive, even if a new gg explodes, Ive has a advantage of more releases and successful ones. Love Dive and Eleven are digital hits with huge album sales, and I think they gonna have another comeback before the cut off date, Nmixx, Kep1er and Le Sserafim probably gonna have just 2 counting releases (the debut and a comeback), and the first two groups can't compare to Ive digitals.

IVE will win but looking at the hype of lesserafim, if they debut with a good album i think they have a chance.

ygngg wont debut this year, early 2023 at best.

i think lesserafim has more hype and ppl willing to spend money than adorgg but who knows

kep1er better not win to beat the favoritism accusations. also if they win in mama against ive or nmixx who performed better it wouldnt be good on mnets part.

so basically, ive will win, but if mnet feels petty theyll probably give it to lesserafim or kep1er.

I'm ignoring groups that haven't actually debuted yet, just because we've all seen super hyped groups that barely make a splash at debut and we've seen groups come out of left field and surprise everyone.

Based on the groups that have debuted, IVE seems to most poised right now. Eleven and Love Dive have both been well-received, and I kind of wonder if Starship will slide in a third release before year-end since there's still 8 months to go. Something to solidify where they stand.

Ah, okay, so six months. Still enough time to do something if they want to be aggressive. I kind of wonder if they'll try for a summer release, just because Starship has historically done so well with summer gg songs.

Ive have the best timing, tbh. I think they will end up as the only rookie gg with 3 releases (Kep1er too if they weren't in queendom). That's the reason I don't count ggs without a debut date like ador gg or yg gg, even if they debut, they have a big disadvantage.

Ive or Lesserafim depending on their debut

So far only IVE competition could be NMIXX I don’t see LSRF pulling high digital. But KPOP is unpredictable so who really knows.

I think Ive if they can continue their momentum

It's only April, still too early to tell.

I can't see any group other than Ive winning it. Lesserafim/Kep1er/Nmixx will need a (near) national hit level song to pull an upset, the only category Ive may lack is voting (Kep1er will likely dominate) power.
