1) I like so many of their songs, I could spend all day listing and ranting about why they are perfect. The best of the bunch are (in no particular order, because that would be way too hard): Forever Young, As If It's Your Last, Ready For Love (they should release it already), Touchdown (again, YGE, drop the hit already), Crazy Over You, Ice Cream, Lovesick Girls, How You Like That, Really, See U Later, Kill This Love, Kiss And Make Up and so on. All musical masterpieces.

2) All the girls seem so sweet and loving. I love how generous they are and they do have some funny moments too. Let me know if you want examples, I know WAY too many (but since you mentioned you like them, I assume you already know that). I also love how humble they are.

3) They have grown from their mistakes and are trying to become better people.

4) Something about seeing them happy and smiling makes me feel happy.

5) They may not be the single most talented group to ever grace the Earth, but they're more than talented enough for me and I'm satisfied with how good they are at what they do.

Those are just my top five reasons too. There are hundreds more smaller ones, but I won't waste your time reading an even longer post than this already is. It also helps that I stan other groups and consume content from other groups during BLACKPINK's droughts so I don't get too dehydrated. Have a great day/night!

1. Music. Their music is always special, well made, sophisticated, every song is good, including all bsides, all are memorable, catchy.

2. They sing and rap in awesome Way, cool way. no screaming while sing or rap, good rap parts, nice vocals. good MVs, dance practices

3. Girls. Jenchulichaeng are the best girls in kpop, those charms you can't find in any other groups, they are unique in their own way and they are strong individuals

4. I just love them. I prefer them to release 7-8 songs and quality and all listenable and catchy rather than 15 and only title track to be worth it

There still haven't been any group that makes music like BP. BP's music is more than just "girl crush" that many groups have failed to try to replicate.

The girls are also quiet unique individually and are all stars in their own ways.

Because I've only been into kpop for a few years, and before then liked other genres of music where two years between releases was the norm, and for some groups it was more than that.

So waiting while being a fan isn't that much of a big deal.

Their music is so so good & the members are lovable even tho we don't get to see much of them doing literally anything nowadays lol

Releasing music every 2 years is pretty normal everywhere else in the world. Just because some Kpop fans are used to 3 comebacks a year doesn't mean that groups that don't do that have a "long hiatus".

Simplicity is extremely underrated. Having only four members and the small discography make it so much easier for fans, especially new Blinks, to appreciate fully.

When you're able to say you listened to their entire discography and loved it, you naturally feel more like a true stan. When you're able to say you know everything about the 4 members, you naturally feel more like a true stan.

Listening to a discography of more than 100 songs, learning about lots of members, keeping up with the content, and watching performances? That's just too much for some people even if they like a group. They settle for being a casual fan instead. I can say that from firsthand experience.
