Do you watch threads?

Yes, I do
But remember when I first discovered it too, it was magical. So much easier to keep track of stuff

I have a handful. Mostly taglists that I help manage and the Johnny thread in Neo City.
-
For the first few hours. I'm also watching the Red Velvet taglist in case someone asks to be added/removed.

I just accidentally clicked on the settings tab and was like

I have it set up so as soon as I leave a comment on a thread like this one, it automatically watches that thread for me. Once it's been a while (as in a few days), I periodically go back and unwatch some threads that I'm done with. I usually remove all watched threads (except for my threads, in case someone leave a comment, and guild or artist threads) every once in a while so it doesn't spiral too bad. I even unwatch my own threads once they get old enough for me to move on from them. That's how I can be so active in a thread and so up to date with it while diverting my attention to other threads to comment on in the meantime. Have a great day/night!

I watch the badge threads I host, game threads, and important guild threads as a co-leader!
-
same happened to me lmao
finding out how to watch threads was great for updating taglists.

So, click on your profile picture at the top, right of the screen. Look for the big header that says settings there. Under it, the fourth option should be notifications. Click on that. Scroll down the to sub section that is called "Forum". It should be near the middle of the page. The second option says "notify me of new replies in watched threads". Activate it. A thread will automatically be considered watched once you click on it or comment (not sure which one it is, but one of the two) and will only be considered unwatched if you choose to unwatch it later. You'll now get notifications every time someone posts in a watched thread (or you should anyway). To save the changes, scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "Submit" and hit the red button. Now just exit your profile. You're all set! If you get too many notifications from turning on watched threads, you can easily switch it back off using similar steps, when turning it off and not on. This was probably long and confusing, but I hope it made sense. Have a great day/night!
