I was not surprised by the length because it's a mighty universe that Matt is trying it build... Obviously it takes time...

I've been waiting for a decent Batman movie since Nolan's trilogy and I think this one will deliver what I'm expecting.
Also, they have Andy Serkis, Colin Farrell, Paul Dano and (apparently) Barry Keoghan, actors I like a lot. And also Robert Pattinson who I truly believe is gonna deliver a great performance.

But yeah, I agree. These ones are the good ones. I didn't think JL was that bad either. It just needed a little shaping and the Snyder's Cut was a lot better. Joker was pretty good too but they say that that movie wasn't actually related to the current Justice League DCCU
But Batman v. Superman? WW84? I didn't really like Shazam either (both). And some others? Nah, no thank you. So, I don't really have a lot of high hopes for this one.
But I'm also trusting that they'll make a comeback. Their movie industry probably won't be as big as MCU but they can definitely redeem themselves.

Also, Have you seen Planet of Apes trilogy? The last 2 movies (Dawn and Rise) were directed by Matt Reeves, Who directed this new Batman movie.... I have pretty good faith in him to deliver.
I did a long time ago but not enough for me to remember. But I hope that this one is good! Many of the Batman movies have gone down in history, whether they aged well or not, still pretty iconic.
Hopefully, we get something that isn't worth getting trashed by popular movie/show rating sites (especially Rotten Tomatoes because critics and regular raters there are harsh lol)
