I have to admit, I'm over the crying at music shows

Everyone here makes fun of music shows and music show wins, including me.

But it's clear they mean a lot to the idols themselves, at least when they're just starting out. Even Yujin cried uncontrollably and she's won dozens of times probably (i think it had more to do with her being the leader and all the pressure and responsibility).

So , to win the FIRST time , it is often as a RELIEF ...

In that , the AGENCY (Starship) is likely PLEASED ...

There is surely a LOT of MONEY and EXPECTATIONS

that are chasing *IVE* Group debut at this time.

In particular , (member) JANG WON YOUNG must feel

a LOT better about it all ... The win proves that you have

a FAN BASE to build on it ... Even if one argues that

it was OBVIOUS that *IVE* would do well , still , the relief

factor is there.

They're all so young and were preparing for their debut for a long time and those were their first few performances ever, of course they were emotional

I'm not sure about IVE specifically, but I actually agree with Drew that it feels... insincere when a group has been debuted for a whole ten days and then sobs uncontrollably at their win. It's different compared to groups that struggled for years and grew their success over time.

we dont know much about the girls. so some may have struggeled for years to debute. so i wont judge.

but yeah. brave girls first and t-ara last one were the shows that hit me on a different level. i had to cry with them just by watching.
