Because I live in Australia, everyone wears the same uniform and yes, most people have the same hair colour
I'm very used to it though but I definitely see why a lot of people would find it boring if they had to transition to that sort of environment

I love uniforms... I like not having to worry about what to wear.

I don't really care that much about others tbh. I guess there wouldn't be a lot of different clothings and stuff.

Upon first glance, maybe.
Then, you start paying attention to how people carry themselves. Personality matters a lot. Fewer distractions.

yes because you don't get to express individuality but I feel you can still see the character of people no matter how many restrictions are placed on your outer appearance and behavior. at my school, we all had to follow the same rules, wear uniforms and have tied hair, etc but it just meant the impression people left was based on their attitude, way of speaking, and so on~
