I mean that's great that Teddy hung a poster in their offices, but to say a huge LED screen in the lobby where they work is somehow not being supportive is just not truthful.

By "supportive", I mean emotionally supportive, like a friend. The poster is written like an inside joke between friends. It shows a closeness with the staff; something that Somi has talked about before as one of the reasons she is so happy with TBL.
Although not the point of this post, TBL is also professionally supportive. The XOXO MV must have been EXPENSIVE, and they have advertised the song quite a lot on YT and in billboards in Korea and the US. Probably one of the reasons Somi got on the Billboard Global 200 for the first time.

Yes, it's great they're so supportive. Teddy's done a great job remodeling the old YG headquarters they gave him.
Hopefully you're not implying that BP isn't close with their staff. I always say people underestimate the value that BP members place on their relationships with YG staff, some of which they've known half their lives.
As far as resources, no one can dispute the amount of money and resources YG and TBL, which YG supports financially, gives and spares no expense in support. It's been pretty widely known for years in Korea that YG artists live pretty luxurious lives.
They train in the most-expensive building among all labels in Korea, YG gives their artists $2 million high-rise luxury apartments in a posh district in Seoul to live in (it's always funny when they refer to then as dorms), and they're given an army of staff to tend to them.

Teddy has been majorly involved with only 3 yge groups up untill now. Bigbang, 2ne1 and blackpink (arguably the three biggest groups to ever come out of yge) As for bigbang GD did much of the work himself but Teddy had major contribution too... he made songs like Fantastic Baby, blue, eyes nose lips etc. He was the main producer for 2ne1 before disbandment and now of course blackpink.
Well black lable doesn't have that many artists compared to YG
YG has Blackpink (IF they didn't disband already), Babymon and 2 boy groups. That's not many.
We could mention AKMU, but they do everything alone. I don't even remember Winner was a YG group, and they rleased their latest EP 2 years ago. So that makes it 3 groups and AKMU.

They're indeed supportive, it's like a small family. They just need to hire a good creative director.
