I think this should've been a case for a while now, fan voting just makes it a popularity competition & who can spend the most time voting on different accounts vs an actual award based on merit imo

Honestly, fan voting should be gone. It makes zero sense as an award criteria - it awards the biggest fandom. If you want a poll to be representative you need to have random samples, not self-selected samples. The only reason it exists is to increase fandom engagement.
The changes in the jury are too confusing to understand via automatic translation.
