I stan based on music, you can be the best singer/rapper in the world but if your music is not my taste I am not going to stan you.

But I do want idol's to sound good(not when they are doing encores, having fun and not supposed to care about what the heck they are doing. But when they are seriously performing aka concerts and award show performances)

If you sound like a screeching cat(I am sorry my lovely cats, a lot of you sound wonderful) where you are seriously performing then yeah, I am not going to stan you.

I like Big Mama....they are not a visual group. Vocals but it depends. I can appreciate good songs with uhh vocals but visuals don't play a huge factor except for aesthetics/modelling for me.

Every single idol does...those audition shows MNET have has massive clinics where they ask every single contestent, idol or not to get fillers/ps and they do. It was pretty funny seeing the fillers in Produce101 as throughout the season people got more. In fact GP999 was super blatant about it but Superstar K was the most obvious. Those "ugly" contestants have some sort of fillers as well. This is not just this industry, Hollywood as well does. I've seen kids under 12 getting fillers on My Teenage Girl/before that show as well. I can think of one "arguably" natural idol for some companies throughout their career, but either for their face and not their body, because carboxy shots are very normal. It's very painful so I am shocked people do not realize how common it is. Like only 1 per gender per a company, throughout it's history.

I will always prefer a good discography and then vocals/raps over dancing skills and charisma or visuals. That's why I tend to prefer the main or lead vocalist and talk about vocals maybe a bit more than most Kpop fans.

you could be the weakest singer but if your music is fire and you have somewhat funny content honey those encores dont exist to me
