I think not a lot, but wouldn't be surprise if there are some.
There is someone that's not active anymore that I know for sure blocked me months ago, because she told me. I just wanted to be nice and helpful, but the person thought I'm annoying and trying to be 'smartass'.

It's you who's one of the nicest users for sure! 
I can be annoying or have some opinions that people don't agree with or they don't want to hear etc. I do try to be always mindful and polite and understand other people viewpoints, but with some it's just better to just stay away I guess.

50 pages and I only found 8 smh actually flopping. Majority didnt surprise me especially

Of course not. But some people here are naming users who have them blocked. That doesn't seem right to me.
