one of most important holidays in Korea
this means many people spend it with their loved ones or with family
they've had free days from 20 to 22 sept
so you need to add previous weekend to it, as well at some people probably has taken additional two days of vacation/holiday leave to make it in total 9 free days
they will go higher for sure

The release time and the music. Especially the former
I mean honestly I remember MITM peaking in the top 10 of Melon despite the weird release time. So people were checking for them but the song didn't suit the GP's tastes so it had abysmal performance. I think the same will happen with LOCO unless they surprise me.
But I remember reading somewhere that JYP doesn't care for the charts and only wants his groups to sell albums so I don't think they mind.

I’m going to be extremely surprise if Loco reaches top 10 on Melon not because I doubt them but the songs even in top 20 are super stable.

honestly speaking itzy would benefit from a bit of a concept change. they're serving weki meki tbh and thats not rlly the concept thats in right now. their first few cbs heavily benefited fromt he "jype's new group" tag and one of their songs did have a portion of the dance go viral, but its not enough to sustain their presence. they need something that will actually capture the public outside of kpop stans again.
