Too much meat, it's always the same taste...
I prefer to eat multiple things rather than a big dry aged rib only.

What are some edible beef for you?
Well done only. In tradtional cusine of my country (Russia) any other doesn't exist. Bloody is a synonym of poorly cooked. It comes from the Orthodox Christian religion where blood is a prohibited product. Most people don't take it too serious nowdays but it had an impact on the national cuisine.
Of course, people also eat something from cuisines of other countries, but, personally, I'm not a big fan of exotic things when it comes to meat.
I prefer steak au poivre... But my fav beef dish is carpaccio which is italian.

bro what's the american definition of "rare"? moo??
Out of the loop on this one. Great Slang for a rare cooked Steak. "Rare Moo" Xd
Can imagine a Waiter telling the Cook "make it a Rare Moo".
I think Common-Nobody autta patent the phrase, its a goodie.
I hog up the Dinner Rolls when Prime Rip is served. Prime Rib Sliders.
I feel mixed - I love a proper rib steak/côte de bœuf. One of my favourite things in the world and I also love steak pretty freaking rare, but that pic looks like it’s not been caramelised/seared very well, or the fat rendered properly. So, that makes me a little sad because that’s an expensive cut of cow and it deserves to be treated with love!

Bit annoyed. I cook rib of beef quite a lot and was sure I had pics on my Instagram but could only find other cuts so maybe we are just usually in too much of a hurry to eat for me to take pics! This meal was a beaut -but the steaks were sirloin, but see, nice dark char on the outside, very rare on the inside. 859601E5-F968-4FC1-9665-3FCA19F3BC87.jpeg
Here are some nice flamed ribs of beef, dark char on the outside, fat turning properly golden and rendering, still rare, but alas not cooked by my fair hands!

I also highly recommend checking out thekitchenwhitelaw on Instagram for quality meat porn! 😄
A Garlic Bread would go good with it.
I really like fatty steaks, like my mom always said “fat is flavor”
