The problems with the Roman Empire had more to do with the fact that a large amount of its Emperors were incompetent and mentally unstable to the point of insanity. Also the fact that the world was cooling which caused the Germanic people to push south so that they did not starve to death. There were also groups such as the Huns that were pushing the Germanic tribes into Roman land. Migratory pressure + incompetent leadership led to the fall of the Empire.
Also Rome never disappeared really. Rome and Greece are the foundation of western culture. The western Germanic successor Kingdoms of the Western Empire, that became the modern day states of France founded by the Franks a Germanic tribe as West Francia (Germany was called East Francia at the time), Italy ruled as a unified kingdom by the Lombards a Germanic tribe until they were replaced by the Franks and Italy was incorporated in to the Holy Roman Empire (The Iron Crown of Lombardy was the symbol of the King of all Italy until Napoleon), Spain and England to a lessor extent.
England is more Germanic than Latin. The Kingdom of the Goths the Germanic kingdom of modern day Spain was pushed to the north by the Caliphate, though they eventually pushed them out during the Reconquista. Names like Gomez and Gonzalez are of Germanic Visigoth origin for example.
Also, the Franks were crowned Emperor of the Romans by the Pope and the Germanic Successor Kingdoms in the west considered themselves to be the continuation of the Western Empire much to the annoyance of the actual Romans ruling from Constantinople.
Romance languages (Roman Languages) like French, Italian, Spanish, Romanian etc Are the modern evolution of Latin.

If any agencies are looking for data scientists and quantitative analysts, they low key have a recruiting pipeline..if they don't already work for them. Same sort of hyper focused "by the numbers" mindset on the finance side.
At least balance it out. Listen to the song(s) and qualitatively discuss if it's really worthy of those numbers. If it is, everybody wins. If it's not, the agency basically wins and the fans get a pretty and glossy, but crappy deal. Double back in 6 months, 1 year, 3 years and honestly see if the song or album is even memorable. Fav or not.
