I think KPOP would be nowhere without the kings of kpop BTS. and in fact I think if BTS didn't release their hit songs Blood Sweat and Tears, DNA, Boy with luv, and Fake love, kpop groups would not be seeing as much success in the US as they are now. This is why so many companies jumped to leach of BTS's success because any other tries were not working before, the people that say 2nd gen paved the way really must have no clue what there talking about, WHO in America knows snsd, 2ne1, or big bang? who?! people know BTS that's for sure, and to be honest once BTS does eventually disband kpop will go right back to being nugu underground pop. thanks and thank you army...
Edit: in reference to flop exo they have not released a good song in a decade. BTS slay while they remain jobless releasing typical boy group flops. Permison to flop even dragged don't fight the feeling and exols know it. Exols cry about exo every night while army peacefully make up new achievements for the biggest boy band bts. Bts are just at another level, comparing them to exo is stupid. That's like me comparing blackpink to stayc. #asap good vocalist...hmm...FLOP.
