Yes, it actually goes way back. In the 2019 'Made by Soyeon' video series, she was already speaking of the different sides of hers even though I guess she didn't give them a name yet back then.

Yeah but its normal actually. All of us have different sides for different things but we combine them. But Soyeon as an idol, she have to show one planned personality of hers. Because the sector wants her to do it. Since this is the case, she can called them differently. ( this is my observations)
