What is Butter's UL count on Melon these days? I saw it was 530K last week and more recently it was around 490k (i think this was yesterday sometime).

Twice can realistically still get 500k UL, it's all up to the GP. But then they have to time this Melon peak while also having Onces out zombie stream Army on Bugs and Genie at least for one hour. And Flo and Vibe number ones all have to be done at the same time.

This is why timing matters the most with PAKs, it's pretty much luck. Last September, they couldve gotten a PAK, or maybe earlier this year in late January/February. But if you happen to go against someone like IU, there is no chance lol.
