I mean for sure they're up there thanks to Nuest and SEVENTEEN but if and only they can properly manage they girl group like After School (which was actually famous before) and PRISTIN .... just imagine the power that they hold

You see... one of the main guys (Vice President) at Pledis back in 2016 left for Yuehua.

They do have the potential, but their management sucks. Their girlgroups were all so great, idk why they wasted so many talents there.

There was an insider article last year that talked about their problems with management and they have great artists, but terrible (in terms of effort and passion) people working to manage them properly. So the success you see now is basically all 'cause of their artists' passion for it and their personal participation in the producing process and also management at some situations.

Now that BH acquired Pledis, things seems to have changed a bit there, but I'm not sure about that.

from what I've seen -- start a hedge fund, buy stock in pledis, gain board of director seats and demand what the f**k is going on with management.

i have heard their management sucks so idk being top company is mostly cus of management

let's just say they have an amazing casting team, good training system(altho well known to be harsh, but all their artist has great skills), but shit management, the ceo literally took credit from composers who worked on iz*ones song, pledis is just lucky that their artist are smart and are pretty independant

as a svt stan, how many controversies have they badly managed?? i can't even count with my fingers(although i admit that mg's one was well done but partly reason for that was bc he was really innocent), i've witnessed, even until they were in their 4th year(when they already quite established themselves already, seungkwan had to personally approach the pds/team of a show to get them on it) and they really had to do everything by themselves since the start(made their own songs, promote themselves) i think being popular despite being from pledis is an achievement on it's own....

nu'est i'm sure everyone knows how they had to go to produce, and i'm so glad they succeeded after that and now doing really well!!!

i don't even need to mention their ggs....

I don't wanna sound like a deranged Hybe/BH stan at all, but I hope this aquisition changed some stuff... I mean... they managed Mingyu's scandal pretty fantastic. Idk I hope so so much that things will look up for the better.
