When I feel really bad, like lying-down-crying bad, I lie down on my bed, turn on my little Lady bug, that glows in three colors putting some stars on my dark ceiling, and listen to this:

I also have a playlist on my phone to build up my mood again, that starts withvery sad songs and ends with empowering ones. Workes really well.
