YG cares more about controlling women than actually making money. Luckily, it seems like folks bigger than YG, like Naver/Tencent, have had some nice backroom talks with him about letting BP actually make money for the company.

I already knew this, they say that YG did everything for Blackpink and if Blackpink was not from YG they would have flopped. I guess Ikon and Winner are the top boy groups of this decade and not BTS, EXO, and NCT. The only thing YG did right was casting the members.

Honestly, i was better off as a blackjack because we used to cherish their comebacks and whatever little they gave us. Now, i see jennie and lisa stans fighting over rap lines. On every cb, there's a herd of solo stans who wants to sabotage their comebacks.

If 2ne1 was still active, bp would've met the fate of winner. Winner has released so many bangers until now, but they never hit big overseas. Because bigbang was active during their era.

Like I've shared before, it's the synergy of the creatives on the YGE payroll who make the agency dope. It's usually the "suits" who are completely disconnected and cause all sort of bottlenecks and are completely unaware of it.

He said he debuted Blackpink as a courtesy because they'd been trainees so long. But even on debut you could tell they were special. It wasn't four random girls, they looked like stars from day one.

I remember Hanbin also had trouble with him. He had to fight to get Love Scenario released because YG didn't like it.
