SKZ has the best chances among boy groups looking at their Spotify performance, but even then it's low.
EXO, I'm not sure about. Their hiatus might not be in their favor in this regard.
ATEEZ, nah. As much as I like their music, they're not big here yet.
Loona might have a chance if Orbits push another song to pop radio like they did for Star.

Changed the title of the thread from “Which KPOP Boy groups and Girl groups (Other Than BTS And Blackpink) You Think Can Break Into The Billboard Hot 100” to “Which KPOP Boy groups and Girl groups Can Chart On Billboard Hot 100(Other Than BTS and Blackpink)”. -

What fans should be doing is focusing on entering BB200.

I think when people call a group 'popular internationally' they mean that group is 'popular' by KPOP standards. You know some predictions here are off when alot of the groups being named haven't even entered Billboard 200. I only think TWICE will enter hot100 and it's going to take alot of dedication from both the fanbase and JYP for that to happen.

I think what people refer to by 'popular internationally' is just popular internationally by KPOP standards. You know some predictions here are off when alot of the groups listed here haven't even entered Billboard 200.
Mark this as the best answer and call it a day.
Popular internationally for K-pop is mostly not mutually inclusive with popular internationally, period.

On a related note, "Nobody" by Wonder Girls was the first Korean song to enter the Billboard Hot 100, at #76 back in 2009.

It's a hard chart to get on to. The closest a recent group has gotten to charting on it (that isn't BTS or BLACKPINK) was SuperM and they haven't been able to get as close since.
And especially with US album distribution now, singles will probably not be the focus of fandoms and they'll focus more on album buying to get a good Billboard 200 placement.

there's a big difference between being popular in the kpop bubble in the west and popular on a more mainstream level.

well, besides BP and BtS... honestly I think it could be itzy.
I know it's an unpopular opinion but their music might appeal to the west more than twice and it seems JYP has been pushing them more to the international/western market based on their English interviews and content in general I've seen from them. Not to mention that their videos get like 5m views in hello82 channel, so I don't know I just see the potential in them.

Technically it was the English Version of the song that charted but still they were the first kpop act to chart
