The promotion methods, the aesthetics, the concepts, the song structure--NewJeans was a big refresh and reset on the industry.
Mother ****ing SM Entertainment paid a consulting firm literal MILLIONS to analyze the NJ success formula, but some randoms on AKP want to sit here and tell me that NJ didn't bring anything new.

One of the reasons I like Kpop is that unlike Western pop, it does not throw what you call 'gross' in the faces, so when Kpop stars do the same stuff, I will call it so.
Besides, she can do with some grossness - .. too skinny ,, in that, West is better.. pop stars don't look as though hit by famine.
