    I'm gonna be controversial, too.


    Yama-Chan, you know I LOVE 2NE1, and they're LEGENDS, but I have to agree with citron-icy because 2NE1 is not the best girl group, never really was, especially now. They were one of the best in their PRIME, but not in 2024!


    Saying no one can match CL's stage presence is just pure ignorance, and your judgement is clouded by nostalgia. If there's anyone who can match not only CL's but the whole 2NE1's stage presence, it's MAMAMOO, and you know it! Especially Hwasa!


    It's not blasphemy to say the students surpassed the teachers. I mean, for Christ’s sake, Bom herself said this about Mamamoo!


    It's a known fact that no girl group can match Mamamoo performance wise! They're the most complete team!


    I saw a video on Twitter, a guy said (he only watched Killing Voice), Mamamoo is like an All-Star NBA team or the Avengers. 😂

    I'm not influenced by nostalgia, so refrain from making blanket assumptions about my PERSONAL PREFERENCES just to invalidate an opinion you disagree with.


    I personally don't care if you don't like 2NE1 or this stage, but it's not your place to attempt to dictate the reasons why I do like them and their stage today.


    For a very truncated set, where they couldn't fully perform one song, the performance was more than adequate. They haven't been in the public eye as a group, especially on a stage like this, for an entire decade


    And judging by the amount of views on their performance video, the public response to their set was overwhelming positive, cementing the fact people missed 2NE1 and generally loved their stage.


    I never said it was the greatest show they ever did. Not like that's ever happening at a Gayo ever. But there is no need to come in here and try to shit all over an awesome moment and stage for fans who have waited the entire length of Mamamoo's career to date just to see 2NE1 again. Stand down.
