    • [When she cried on stage] it was during Burning Suns scandal, so even the other members cried during music shows… And Rosé needs to use this storytelling to promote her album right now. For foreign artists, people get sucked in because they know who dated who, and they know that the music is targeting someone specific, but in her case, no one knows about her dating life, so she needs to speak about it herself to promote the music. The point isn’t who she dated, but just that it was used as fodder for her album’s inspiration.

    • I’m not curious, but she’s spilling the beans herself.

    • She should just tell us who it is. I’m f*cking sick of how her fans are dragging all sorts of male idols into this.

    • Seeing her interviews and other stuff, there are both non-fiction and fiction in it, and it’s just an album told like a story. It’s not 100% real, but it’s not fake either… Only Rosé herself knows where the line is.

    • I’m fascinated how she’s unaffected by talking about her ex. If it were kids like Jang-Ka-Seol, they’d be hated to no end…

    • Rosé’s fans are terrorrizing a regular person’s Instagram right now, guessing that he’s the ex. He already said to stop mentioning it. If she wants to do this, she should just coolly tell us who he is.

  • Why people always assume she is dating some celebrity? It could be just regular guy who is not famous. And relationship may as well be toxic both sides, like in the music video it was. She is really busy idol and probably don't have that much time for relationship which probably caused toxicity into it.

  • People getting frustrated just because they're too nosy for anyone's good... That seems like a personal problem as opposed to anything about Rosé.

Fans' speculation based on an entirely fictitious character in a music video is ridiculous. There's even a disclaimer in the credits that any resemblance to real persons is unintended.

All due to a dyed buzzcut, really? That's a common look among male models these days.

  • and isn't it interesting how it's mostly i-fans doing the whole witch hunt, snooping around and creating rumors? it's almost as if it's not just korean fans who make a fuss about idols dating. :pepepizza: but sure let's just blame those evil kfans and korean/chinese sasaengs for how idols are treated.

Someone needs to make a website compiling these unhinged comments from I-fans so the world knows it's not just translation websites' cherrypicked K-fans who are being so invasive and controlling. The lack of self-awareness from I-fans while pointing fingers at K-fans is ironic.

I have a theory that the only thing separating some i-fans from being actual sasaengs stalking idols daily is geographical proximity.

But nobody would notice the fine print with that information unless the text was in giant, bold letters in stand-out color as an end card after the credits.

Even then, people would ignore it and start digging because they just love juicy rumors.
