They are #6 on Melon now and will most likely get #4 by Monday. At that point they are striking distance to #2 and maybe even #1.

The encore is just OK but their fan have been acting like they’re the daughters of Mamamoo/Sistar and…they’re just…ok.

I wonder if part of it is from the same nasty little fans of a certain boy group that spent part of the week calling Dreamcatcher members escorts because said boy group fans felt threatened about losing shows to DC, then KioF?

Gidle has their own fanbase so is KIOF I think your should be more concerned about RV/Irene than a rookie group.

It just means they are not great singers. Not everything is Hybe conspiracy.

If Hybe cared about vocals, they would have invested, since K-pop group's vocal hype is just mediocre at best or occurs a monthly spike every 2 years or so, it isn't worth an effort to them.

There is no controversy though. People are just pointing out that their encore are not that great but I dont see any hate bandwagon against them.

It wasn't that terrible as people are saying. Yes, Belle's voice cracked a few times but it can happen. There is also this encore for their first win that is better

KIOF have a track record of great live performances. When put against their body of work, this is just a blip.

Well, duh, this is just an encore and they having fun, but most Idols only dream about singing like this while having fun. Sure, this isn't their best performance, but it's not like they do this every time. EVERY vocalist have a bad performance.

This is FAR from bad, this is just average. And it's not like Idols in general should sing the best way possible at 7AM in the morning for a crap Music Show. Singers shouldn't waste their vocal cords for Music shows. Especially rookies like KIOF. They could ruin their whole career.

I remember when people did the same with Sistar and even Mamamoo many times. They said they can't sing, yet they're the best vocal groups in the history of Kpop. KIOF are not that good, YET, but they will prove everyone wrong just like Sistar and Mamamoo did.

Also, their fans and Kpop fans in general calls KIOF the daughters of Sistar and Mamamoo, because of their style, not because of their talent! People did the same with Gidle as well, because all 4 groups has a similar style and either 1 or multiple members wrote and produced songs.
