Do you have any big regrets since becoming a K-Pop fan?

I regret not enjoying certain groups earlier just because i didn't like their fandoms.

I regret not stanning EXO earlier. They were introduced to me by friends back in 2013 and I just didn't give enough importance for years until they caught my attention in 2016

not going to BTS concert at my country!

Years ago my late little sister planned to bought BTS concert ticket. She asked me to came with her but unfortunately i cant go. Im still regret it. She said it was the best concert ever!

buying albums and lightstick, totally useless

I began to interact with the Kpop community in 2018 and I kinda regret it.

I also waited for several years for truly stanning Mamamoo and I should not have because I was into them way before I decided to be their fan. Same for IU.

It's true that you might personally have benefited more from more 'productive' hobbies, but do you really feel that you didn't learn any skills from your fan activities? Especially things like doing subs and translations, managing a fanbase etc

Quite frankly, I just wasn't a big enough K-Pop fan when 2NE1 did their concert in L.A. back in 2013. In hindsight, I really wish I had seen them live at their peak when I had the chance.

I had a much more realistic opportunity to go to Big Bang's tour, but I just wasn't in the place mentally to commit the time and money to go and turned down an invite back in 2015.

Those are easily my two biggest regrets, because I'll never have a chance to see them perform in person as a group probably ever again. Well MAYBE 2NE1, but 100% not happening with Big Bang.

My first and only concert was actually BigBang in 2015, my sister took me I was like 12 or 13 at the time and it was honestly the bee's knees. But yeah I feel for you, 2NE1 & BigBang were honestly peak - so much so that I didn't bother with Kpop for a whole 6 years
