Event thought they went from 98 million won in 2022 to more than 1 billion in 2023 on the artist fee section. They may have made some good money after all.

Where do you think Stayc’s revenue comes from.

Please, just because main income comes from overseas means it’s the same for other groups. A hit is really much relevant especially for GG.

That sounds like a decent number for a non Big 4 group since the company takes care of housing, food, utilities, etc. If Stayc gets 200k of that, that's 33k in pure profit for each member for just one year.

This also goes to show just how hard it is to make huge money in music. Internet really killed the music biz, this is a group that tours, has regular comebacks, sells several hundred thousand albums per year, charts top 10 routinely in Korea...yet 755k is all they can make which i'm assuming has to be split with the company.

This is also why i think Kpop will eventually have to consolidate into one or two huge conglomerates. There are probably only 10-15 active groups that can make really big money for their companies and for themselves.

Don't the girls also have additional income like becoming brand ambassadors?

ADOR a net profit of 26.5 billion won(2023)

~ 19,600,000 USD.

The top gg last year earned nearly 20M with multiple endorsements and multiple hit songs.

but profit to the company isn't profit to the members...

we have no idea as to the distribution of album sales/concert revenue/merch/digital revenue division between the artist and the company

I mean was there a provision or section in ADOR's statement called distributions to artists or something akin to what was in highup's statement?

we know that for example in some western artists contracts that album sales were skewed 90 to the company and 10 to the actual artist

and I don't know about you personally my friend but I would assume you don't give two shits about ADOR the company compared to the NJ the group and the members...and what's in the members bank account matters much more than what's in adors? lol
