I feel like the title track is going to be garbage. It didn't sound promising at all. Even the song they wrote, Swan Song, sounded better to me. I wish they had made a song for the intro music, it would have been much better.
Good Bones would fit more their image as tt. All the other songs sound like it could come from Njs

I too liked the sound of swan song more. Didn't dislike the title track but wasn't all that impressed either. I guess when full song is released we can judge better

Honestly, I thought that too until I looked at their updated streams. Their softer b-sides are right up there with their girl crush title tracks. Sour Grapes, Blue Flame, Impurities and Good Parts plus Perfect Night read like fans do actually like their softer songs. Fearless album was also on the chiller side minus The Great Mermaid. I'm thinking HYBE is looking to see if they can find more success with softer songs since Perfect Night did so well. I also think they're trying to gain a different audience for the girls, a more western audience.
They’ve never said they’re gonna stick to one sound. They introduced these sounds from their bsides and saw the fan love them (chart higher, have more streams) so it’s smart to release those as title tracks. Also they’ve ended their trilogy so this is kinda expected for me. Anw I love how this album sounded so far. Easy and Swan song are THE one.

Idk about Easy yet but Swan song is nice. Since it's Feb, a public friendly music is the way to go.
I personally enjoy what I am hearing but gonna wait for the full album first. We Got So Much is instant love for me too.
I am not hearing any familiarity with NJ at all besides chiller type of songs?
