Yeah, I said it. This attitude where people define and express their entire persona through stanning a single group is so sad to me.
You may think it's ironic for that kind of commentary to come from me, but feel free to give my profile some hits and check out my thread history.
I am more than happy to discuss groups other than Mamamoo and NewJeans, and if you want, I'll re-link my concert videos from seeing BP and Twice on tour to prove I don't hate either group, even if I shade them occasionally because the reactions of their fans amuse me 
I understand some of us form a connection with just one or two groups, and there is nothing wrong with that. I, myself, almost lost interest in K-Pop entirely when Mamamoo's group activities slowed down significantly (thank you NJ), but I don't really put that in the same box as people who are so militant and dogmatic about only stanning ONE group.
It's the "How can you say nice things about Twice? You're supposed to be a Blink" energy that makes me roll my eyes. And you can't even attempt to have any kind of meaningful conversation with these people, because they get so irate and emotional otherwise. You know who you are, if you fall into that camp. I hope. 
Anyway, that's my first soapbox rant of 2024.
