If they win the court yes, but otherwise it'll ve deducted from damages. Which will likely be the case.

They better pay me my regular paycheck if the fire me before the day they get sent out.

They can't just withhold my wages, unless as minion said above, there are damages that I need to pay them.

Any money earned before the contract was terminated needs to be shared according to the contract.

Even royalties and such could still be shared after contracts are over, disbanded groups can still collect if their albums keep selling, or songs are still being streamed after disbandment.

If Keena is getting paid, is because the revenues now are greater than the debt.

But withholding the money until lawsuits are settled could be normal practice.

I was running thru the numbers in a prior thread. I'd say he's already at least ~$2M in the positive from Fifty Fifty investment even if he loses in court (and he's not able to make the girls pay him "damages" or from claims that debt wasn't already fully repaid):

While the focus has been on ASI rightfully or wrongfully getting 100% of copyright, this distracts us from the fact that copyright holder still only gets 10% of the cut of revenue. I count 838M combined Cupid streams on Spotify currently, or roughly 100x the 8.3M streams, giving $4M revenues (100 x $40K) back of the envelop for Cupid (orig and twin) alone.

If rather than focusing on JHJ's claims that he sold his car and got $67K from his mother's retirement, we might remember Attrakt had gotten a 9 billion Korean Won ($6.6M) advance from Interpark. Of which they initially claimed 6 billion ($4.4M) was spent on Fifty Fifty. When pressed, it became 5 billion ($3.7M) with "indirect costs". Without these "costs", they then claimed the direct costs was 3 billion ($2.2M) that the girls were responsible for. I suspect the real number is still much less - as training fees, living expenses are likely exaggerated to meet that number per the girls' latest disclosures.

Times 100. 830M cumulative Spotify streams (more now) is 100 times the 8.3M figure noted for that week.

So revenue would also be 100 times that week's $40K - hence the $4M.
