I don't believe or trust Chartsmaster methodology. Even if BTS had 100B streams I stay away. I like to know where each data point came from and if I can easily verify it.. And right now the only available info is 3.2B on Spotify and YouTube??? I will have to see if that makes up for the 1.2B missing because those are the only two streaming platforms we can see their numbers. Maybe also got to look into Billboard.

Spotify is 36.1B
That makes 66.5B streams in total. How is it lower on the chart provided?? What did they use for their methodology?
I doubt they used melon because that will put BTS at 66.5 +12.7 making 79.2B streams. These numbers on their chart only favors western artistes lmao

Western acts are the only one benefiting from this. There’s no Line/oricon streams from Japan to even boost kpop artistes. No Gaon either. Even the melon listed in their FAQ is suspicious since BTS numbers don’t make sense anyways
