Yunjin is a good main vocal.

But yeah they are weak after her, but is idol music, vocal skills do not matter.

we all know that the vocals of those two are not upto par with the rest... and there are reasons for that.

sakura- she only started vocal training when she joined hybe, idk the exact dates but she approx trained for 6-12 months b4 debuting (correct me if im wrong). she also has 12 years of no vocal training, and just her going along with her natural voice in japan. this also meant that she picked up 12 yrs of bad vocal habits which will only damage her voice. she needs to train more and hopefully improve.

kazuha - again, she only trained for like, 6 months before debuting. however, vocals was never the focus for her. soumu tried to make her into the group's rapper, and also since her bg was dancing, they tried very hard to focus on her idol dancing skills, which she still needed to develop as ballet is quite diff from idol dancing. therefore, the company was very focused on her dance and also making her into a decent rapper, rather than vocals. besides she didnt even train for that long and wasn't even intent on being a kpop idol until hybe scouted her or smth

so, at the end of the day, yes sakura and kazuha are bad vocalists. and since their debut was pretty quick, they haven't trained that long either. just let them slowly improve. hopefully. soumu better be giving them good vocal training because they really need it.

(note: the reason they didnt train is probably because they had to use the hype and success chaewon and sakura had from izone before ppl became bored and didnt gaf abt them. if they waited too long, they wouldn't have still had the izone hype around them as much as if they had debuted quicker)

As long as an idol's not a rapper, I think they should be a decent singer. No one's asking them to be main vocal worthy, but they should have a strong foundation. I know a lot of people think of dance as a separate category, like if you're a good dancer you don't have to be good at the rest. But at the end of the day they're musicians first and foremost. They make songs, so they should be good at singing.

poor Kkura has to undo years of vocal damage she got with akb48 It's hard to sing well when you have literally 10 years of bad vocal training holding you back. The fact that she improved as much as she did from izone days is an incredible feat.

The good news is guilds can have multiple emblems for users to choose from (you just have to buy them again for 10k). I know Onces have 3 emblems.
