I see people blaming K-pop for their issues, but it's really not K-pop's fault. If you find it to be a problem, there's likely an underlying issue somewhere.
If it's not K-pop, it would be something else. Maybe even something worse to get attached to.
It's scary, I understand. It's a way easier coping mechanism to blame something external, such as other fandoms, K-pop itself, or an online community, than it is to face the issue that's within.
K-pop can be great for you if you enjoy it while addressing the elephant in the room.
