I live for free in my familys home.

I don't rent or own anything myself. I do save all the money I get from my job but I'm not gonna spend half my salary on rent or buy into the ridiculous prices houses go for these days unless Its a last resort.

I own a damn planet

My parents were never good re their financials, then my dad passed early unexpectedly, and we were hit by a natural disaster too that destroyed half the house. I had to get bank loan for the renovations and took over what was left of the mortgage. I also feel the student loan pains - been 17 years since I finished grad school but I am still paying my student loans. I think I will finally pay it off in about 8 years at this rate. I will eventually own this house and looking forward the day that I pay off the student loan lol.

Own. Value has gone up $200k in 3 years, but it’s leveling off. It’s not paid off yet, but I do have quite a bit of equity in it now.

I live in Germany so of course not.

Own a condominium, so still have montly fees to pay even if they are lower than rentals. But a had a rental for many years before bying it. If I knew the prices would would increase so much the last 10 years or so I would have bought it much earlier, now I probably bought it when the prices have peaked. But the prices is more the less the same today so not any loss yet anyway.

as a minor I don't think I'm even allow to. I am planning to buy one later on in life though, I'm sorta already saving for one. OH WAIT I JUST REMEMBER TECHNICALLY I DO OWN 2 HOUSES JUST NOT IN THE U.S. So yeah I kinda do thanks to a will were someone passed me down two of their houses.
